Tracy Warrener Van Kruistum has been practicing Reflexology since 1995. She is a member of the Reflexology Association of Canada and has the designation of an RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist). Throughout her years of practice, Tracy has worked in private in home sessions, spas, medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy and Holistic offices. She has donated her time over the years to fundraisers at Shoppers Drug mart Galas offering Reflexology sessions to help with different charities such as Breast Cancer and Women’s shelters. Her approach to her treatments is one of a holistic and overall total body experience. She is certified in Hand, Foot and Facial Reflexology and offers these sessions. She also has her own DVD on Introduction to Reflexology available on Amazon which was produced in 2013 in Los Angeles. Tracy is also a 4th degree black belt in Karate and has over 40 years experience in training and teaching the Martial Arts. With her knowledge of the Martial Arts and her experience in holistic healing therapies, she provides everyone with a balancing, relaxing and healing session. Tracy Warrener Van Kruistum is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist and a Member of the Reflexology Association of Canada, a Certified Reiki Master as well as a 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate. Since 1995, she has combined her knowledge of these 3 arts to help give her clients the most relaxing, peaceful and healing experience possible. In 2013, she travelled to Los Angeles California and shot 3 DVDs. They are Reflexology, Reiki and one called Look Strong Act Strong Be Strong for Women's Self Defense. Her dedication to her clients and providing them with the most relaxing experience is most important to her. She uses her knowledge of Holistic Health, Alternative healing and Energy work to help everyone who comes to see her leave feeling, happy, balanced and relaxed. Tracy has 6 offices in which she offers her sessions at.

Some Extended Health Insurance plans will cover Reflexology Therapy. Among these are Greenshield, RBC Financial and SSQ Financial. Other insurance carriers may cover Reflexology, but contact them to be sure. The coverage for Reflexology is becoming a bit more common, but if you are not sure what your plan allows, it is best to contact them and ask.
