I'm not one for posting a bunch of selfies let alone in my bathing suit, but I'm coming into a place where I'm finally not caring (as much) what people think about me. 🙏

My early years growing up, was at a time where pictures of gorgeous, NAKED women were everywhere.
~
Pl***oy magazines, the calendars, air fresheners, playing cards, etc. All these PERFECT looking women..., it was hard not to see myself as flawed. Not good enough if you didnt look like them with their perfect hair, face, & body.😞
~
I starved myself. Took diuretics. Worked out like a freak!! Yet still didn't feel I was good enough. 😒
~
Now I take care of my physical body the right way so that everything else can function better. And I do it for ME!!!😁👍
~
Toxins are bombarding us 24/7.
Add mental/emotional stress, lack of sleep & a poor nutrient deficient diet, and there will definitely be problems!!
~
It's truly from the inside out that we heal. And it's NEVER TOO LATE to make the necessary changes. 💗
