Greenorchid massage & wellness was born of my passion to help people feel better, physically, emotionally and mentally. I help people remove the stress and pain from their body so that it can begin the healing process. Understanding how fascia, our body’s connective tissue works and how it’s related to pain, adhesions, scar tissue and restriction of movement is key to feeling and moving better. Us

ing a combination of Fluid Isometrics ™ (fascia release using my hands) and Block Therapy ™(fascia release using a therapeutic aid called the Block Buddy), we work together to find the source of your pain, and what your body needs to release it and start to heal. I’ll also teach you how to use the Block Buddy to continue your fascia release at home. Together we can work to help you release restrictions, move better, recover from injuries faster and reduce chronic pain.

As many of you know, we recently made the big move from our house to the suite above my office. It was a monumental decision, but it’s turned out to be a wonderful one—we love living smaller and truly enjoy the cozy comfort of our new suite.

Today’s moment of gratitude and joy, the balsam flowers are in their glory in the trails. I am so blessed to live so close to where I can walk in the woods and see these beautiful flowers. I am grateful that I am able to move my body, be in the woods, and spend time with my dog looking after my health. What are you grateful for today? Breathe & Release 💚

The video is to reflect gratitude that I’m standing, my body is healthy and strong, my ears can hear the birds, my eyes can see the beautiful sunrise, we are blessed to have a comfortable home with a gorgeous view. The picture shows that I am grateful to live near this beautiful lake, that I’m strong enough to cold dip with my awesome friends and my life is calm enough to enjoy the beauty around me. Our Story

At greenorchid wellness it’s all about relief. Relief from physical and emotional pain. It’s about healing and self care. Using a combination of Block Therapy, deep tissue massage and Specialized Kinesiology we work together to find restrictions and blockages in your body and what your body needs to release those blockages and start the healing process. This is a journey towards wellness where it’s both hands on work by me and suggestions for how you can help yourself feel better. Breathe and Release.
