After spending a decade working in the communication industry, Jaya is now committed to providing people with high quality, meaningful, beneficial, and life changing wellness therapies. She works with clients to provide individualized care by integrating different modalities and a variety of techniques, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, range of motion testing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, PNF, basic manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work, hot stone, aromatherapy. Jaya is a graduate of 2400-hour Advanced Therapeutic Massage Therapy. She belongs to and is in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapist Association of Alberta). She has experience working with client’s that present symptoms with tension headache, chronic back pain, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, MS, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, and more. So far, she has empowered herself with the knowledge of the following:
- Acupressure Treatments for Headaches
- Integrating Meditation & Manual Therapy
- Aromatherapy for Manual Therapist: Understanding Essential Oils
- Orthopaedic Massage Consultants - Assessments for treatments
- Integrating Chakra work into Hot Stone Therapy

UPDATE ✨🙌 Changes effective from August 1st, 2024

We can’t thank enough for tremendous love & support that we receive and my thriving business would not have been possible without you.

Considering the tough times for most of us, we have decided that we would keep our prices same for all major services. There has been no price change since 2022.

However, we believe small adjustments are needed to enable us to continue providing you with high-quality service and maintain the level of support you expect from us.

Hence, few price changes for studio location that would be made are as follows:
90 Mins Therapeutic - current price $135 - new price $140
120 Mins Therapeutic - current price $170 - new price $175
90 Mins Facial Uplift - current price $135 - new price - $145
90 Mins Head Massage - current price $135 - new price - $145
These changes will come into effect starting August 1st, 2024.
Rest prices for all other services not mentioned in the list remain the same.

PS: 30 Mins Therapeutic Massages (except for kids/youth) will no longer be available to book online. The shortest time available will be 45 Mins.

Before you lay down on the massage table, is your massage therapist doing the appropriate assessments for you?

The primary goal of a pre-treatment evaluation is to identify the client’s range of motion and posture, analyze the client’s musculoskeletal difficulties by locating trigger points or tightness, and examine tissue quality using palpation.

This thorough evaluation aids in the therapist’s comprehension of the patient’s unique musculoskeletal challenges, aids in the prioritization of treatment areas, and helps customize massage techniques to successfully address these problems, resulting in increased mobility, pain reduction, and general musculoskeletal health.
