🌟 Understanding the Six Human Needs and the Role of Values🌟

Have you ever wondered what drives our behavior and decisions? According to Peter Sage, a well-known entrepreneur and motivational speaker, our actions are often motivated by six fundamental human needs. These needs, originally developed by Tony Robbins, influence how we live our lives and interact with others:

1. Certainty (Comfort/Control)
2. Uncertainty (Variety)
3. Significance (Feeling Important)
4. Love/Connection
5. Growth
6. Contribution

These needs can be fulfilled in two ways: ego-driven or non-ego-driven.

When we fulfill them ego-driven, it often leads to temporary satisfaction and emotional suffering. For instance:
- Seeking constant validation or control to feel secure.
- Chasing excitement or external stimuli to escape boredom.
- Using contributions for recognition rather than genuine impact.

In contrast, non-ego-driven fulfillment brings long-lasting peace and purpose. It’s about finding balance and aligning with your core values.
