As a psychotherapist in Ontario, I have long lamented the unfair taxation system that required me to charge GST/HST while fellow mental health services were not required to do so.
I’m delighted to share that this practice will soon 🤞🏼come to an end if and when the new budget is given Royal Assent.
Mental health services is something I think every Canadian deserves and the federal government just made a great move to make it more affordable for all.
