It’s so easy for us to fall into habits and routines that aren’t necessarily the best for us but they feel comfortable because they are familiar. The energy of rebirth, renewal and growth that Spring brings is a great time to implement some changes in your life. They don’t have to be big if that seems like too much, even changing up some small things helps bring in new energy that will help facilitate the bigger changes. I had a bath ceremony yesterday and usually use dried flowers, my small change was to use fresh rose petals instead. Such a sweet little change 💛 that inspired me to add some other items I hadn’t considered before. Turned into the best bath EVER 😁👌💫. Welcome Spring, I love you!

There’s work and a lot of practical action necessary when we want to expand ourselves and change patterns that are keeping us from feeling healthy and in flow. Not going to lie, most of it is very uncomfortable! But, it does get easier and is so worth the effort 😨🥴😬😁😊🥰

I’ve been away for a while, experiencing new motherhood and have been learning and growing and adjusting and experiencing love like never before. My son is now over three months old ❤️. With the current situation we are all in, I feel called to offer support to anyone who needs it. Because we are self-isolating, my home life has shifted somewhat as I’m sure all of yours has, too. My husband is now home with us all day which has allowed me some time to give my attention to a few other things here and there. Because of this, I am opening up a bit of time to do distant healing sessions, if you feel the need or desire, message me and we can arrange it. We have a baby boy! Alasdair Mohamad Adrian Al Hassan joined us on the outside on December 13. He’s such a shining star and has already brought so much Wonder and love to our lives 🥰.
