Update May 7, 2024 – We have successfully resolved the majority of issues relating to our dues billing process. We are aware there is one last service interruption affecting approximately 2% of members attempting to pay their dues online.
Our external software partner is working on a solution to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the interim, if you have not tried to pay your dues online, we encourage you to do so. Should any issues arise, our team at the Royal College Services Centre is ready to help.
We deeply regret any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. As noted previously, and to relieve concerns regarding your membership status, the Royal College has extended the deadline to receive your dues payment to May 31.
