a little refresher on restorative yoga (happening tonight!)
who it’s for: truly, everyone. this is a low impact practice and is even accessible to those recovering from injuries or who are completely new to yoga. all bodies and ages can benefit from this practice.
what to expect: a mellow atmosphere and gentle stretches. lots of props and lots of support. this particular ground and restore class includes hatha yoga which is concise and stabilizing. flowy and complex practices are beautiful in their own way, and so is simplicity!
why you should practice: the top benefits of this practice are reduced stress, improved sleep, increased flexibility, balanced nervous system, and increased connection with your breath. if you’re usually more intense with your practice, use this class as a balancing point. if your body needs something gentle, use this class to get you acquainted with yourself and your wellness.
