👁️ Have you ever heard of astigmatism?

It sounds complicated, but it’s actually really common! Astigmatism happens when the front of your eye (the cornea) or the lens inside isn’t perfectly round. Instead of being shaped like a basketball 🏀, it’s more like a football 🏈. This uneven shape makes light bend the wrong way, which can make your vision blurry or distorted at any distance.

Some common symptoms include:
✔️ Blurry vision (near or far)
✔️ Eye strain or headaches
✔️ Squinting to see clearly
✔️ Trouble seeing well at night

The good news? Astigmatism is easily corrected with glasses, contact lenses, or laser eye surgery — depending on what works best for you.
