HypnoBirthing isn’t just a childbirth education course. It is a reclamation of your power, and the deep inner knowing that your birth belongs to you.

Education is important, but the foundation of HypnoBirthing really lies in the deconstruction of untruths and belief systems that were created so that women wouldn’t fully understand what they are capable of.

This course is for you if;

• you know that your body is innately wise and you want to trust that wisdom to bring your baby earthside
• you believe that baby’s deserve to come into this world in a sacred and calm space
• you believe that birth is just as much about birthing the mother as well
• you hold fears around birth, AND you want to deconstruct those fears so they don’t rise to the surface during your birth
• you want your birth companion to feel prepared and confident that they can support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually
• you want to understand on a physiological level what is happening in your body during pregnancy, birth and post partum

On November 1st, Dia De Los Mu***os, I had the honour of co-facilitating the most beautiful evening for mothers who have experienced the loss of their sweet babies with and 🤍

It’s hard to put into words the love felt in that space, weaved together by grief and sisterhood, heaviness and pure light.

Watching you and feeling you move the emotion, the heaviness, and the energy in your wombs was truly like no other womb ceremony that I have guided. The presence of your little ones as the veil thinned was a kind of magic that you don’t often come across.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart and soul, to the mamas who trusted me to guide and hold space for them and their babies. That evening will have a place in my heart forever.

Prenatal Perineal Massage has many benefits, swipe to read through!

It is recommended to start around 34/35 weeks, doing it 3-4 times per week for 5 minutes, and continue until birth. I always recommend using a natural oil, inserting two fingers 1.5-2” into the va**na and massaging in a U shape from one side, down over the perineum with added pressure, to the other side, and back.

Even better, get your partner involved and make it playful and a way to bond and connect during pregnancy 🔥✨

I used these techniques and found that I was so connected to my perineum as my babies moved down. It helped me really feel my body and follow the cues of when to just breathe them down, and when to use pushes with my exhale.
