-Transportation from Puerto Vallarta Airport to Sayulita**

-5 Nights accommodation at Private Luxury Villa in beautiful North Side Sayulita with pool. ( Room styles vary, all come with private bath.)

-Daily yoga & pranayama classes customized to enhance your surf skills.

-1 on land surf theory lesson

-3 half day surf lessons in various locations, rash guard, board rental & transport included.

-Local Rate surfboard rental while in Sayulita.

Amigos!! Sometimes even in paradise life gets the best of us! We are taking a ~brief intermission~ but will be back at Hike & Yoga every Sunday and Wednesday starting Sunday Feb 9th.

Starting Tomorrow!! (Sunday Jan12th) We are bringing Hike n Yoga to Sayulita!! Join us every Sunday & Wednesday from 10am to 12pm for a guided hike to Malpaso beach and a 60 min beachfront yoga class!! Only 50 pesos & classes are taught in Spanglish. All you need is a mat or towel, water & 50 pesos cash only. Meeting point is at the green gates in front of campamento tortuguero on avenida palmar across from pájaro de fuego. Putting some feelers out there amigos! We would love to know if there would be any interest in a 7 day surf & yoga intensive sometime this coming March in the Sayulita/ Punta Mita area!! It would likely include 5 days of surf lessons, personal surf coaching, daily restorative and therapeutic yoga after surf sessions and well as daily balance and breathing exercises to compliment your surf experience.. It would be a small group likely 8-10 spots. If this sounds up your alley dm us on insta or send us a message on Facebook with your email addy and we will keep you in the loop!!
