For many the fall season is when we embrace the end of a busy summer, harvest our gardens, and feel the slowing down of the molecules everywhere in our nature. We start to slow down, and prepare our house and home of being for a cozy winter.
Cleaning up the house of cobwebs, dust, and other Knick nacks you don’t want to carry into the new year is the way to embrace the Fall season. Letting go of behaviours, thoughts, and things that have served their purpose and can be let go of to lighten the load.

We were given some beautiful flowers! 💐 from the lovely Erica of South Okanagan Blue Organics! (Last photo has her biz info). She sells Organic produce, flowers, kombucha and more!!

The many bodies I’ve had the privilege of working with over the past 12 years as a masseus & healer have taught me so many amazing things!

Every time I’m in treatment a body will show me something very specific and unique about how to work with it to bring it back into balance. It will show me connections of the working parts of itself, and I will be shown and hear ways that it wants my hands to move and how to apply pressure. I’ll see images in my mind, flashes of pictures, as I’m working that guide me. It’s fun!

Thursday 29th - 12 to 4pm
Friday 30th - 1 to 5pm

We are closed on the 25th, 26th, 27th & 1st.

Our toolbox includes a Bachelor of Biology, Minor in Anthropology, Chakra Yoga Teacher Training 300hr, Reiki Levels 1, 2 & Masters in Usui and Tera-Mai lineages, Crystal Therapy, Chakradance Facilitator Training, Cranial Sacral Therapy Level 2, BodyTalk Access, BodyTalk Mindscape Training, Abdominal Chi Nei Tsang, years of living as a sensitive spiritually minded being, years of travelling the world, and 8 years of parenting. Our intention is to help your body heal and for you to re-connect with your true-self - to find your highest balance, peace and fullest human potential through your Unwavering Wellness.
