My name is Marina Johnston, I am an RN with a Master in Counselling and certified as an EFT Practitioner and Transformational Coach.

I combine talk therapy, energy psychology and many years of nursing experience to:

Support parents to raise healthy, happy and resilient children.

Teach parents new ways to manage their own stress.

Enhance the bond between parents and their children.

Tapping is great for calming your child and yourself. I wish this book was around when Emma and Graeme were small and I was feeling so overwhelmed.

Another great way to tap with your young child is to teach them to tap with their teddy bear.

I will be posting a video for Easter!

My eldest Lily (4 years) was so excited to read her new bedtime story that came in the post the other day - "Gorilla Thumps and Bear Hugs" by Alex Ortner from The Tapping Foundation. She loved following the story and learning more about the tapping points! 🧡 highly recommend 👌
