What doesn’t challenge you won’t change you.
(From the Fit On website) Yes, it’s about fitness, because your body gets used to the same routines. Changing your routines and exercises helps grow your muscles. Try something a bit harder and it can move you out of a plateau. But, this is also about growing personally. It’s about learning to regulate emotions, managing your anxiety and anger is vital so it doesn’t affect other people. This is about challenging yourself to become a better person, a better boss, a better friend. Do whatever it takes to grow, even if you don’t get it at first. It will come.
