Hydrathletics is a training/therapy facility that offers water-based training for clients looking to enhance their athletic performance, train through an injury, recover post-surgery, or improve overall fitness. Our facility uses a Hydroworx 750 series pool which boasts an underwater treadmill, resistance jets, and seven-foot deep well to achieve maximum results. Hydrathletics is the first facilit

y in Canada that has an underwater treadmill open to the public. Other services we offer are:

Land-based personal training if you are interested in getting back into shape, gaining strength or are post injury. Massage therapy is another service that is offered here at Hydrathletics, as we have two qualified registered massage therapists.
