Creating New Pathways is hard work!
Our tendency is to go to where it’s familiar and easier going even if it’s not creating the success we want.

Know that it’s normal when we create change to jump back and forth from familiar to the new way or behaviour we are creating. It can be hard slugging but you got this!!

Winter storms can feel like going through tough times. We’re in it then there is a break and we rest or integrate then we ride the next wave. Sometimes it can be overwhelming and other time not so bad. Prepare as best you can and know you will get through it!!

Frustration rant over being billed and paying for something that is useless to me. My nervous system got activated. I was frustrated. So I looked at what was so frustrating to make me feel activated. Then I tapped. The calmer I get the clearer my thoughts can be.

I felt not heard, frustrated talking to a machine on line, hard to tell if a person is on the other end and that I got billed for something that wasn’t necessary and frustrated I didn’t know about it.

How do you get past your frustration. Do you notice what the triggers mean for you?

Somehow we forget that we are worthy even when we get bent, doubted, overlooked, pushed aside. We start to let those moments define our worth.

Our worth does not evaporate when life gets messy. It doesn’t dim when someone fails to see it.
