This is why it is soooo important that we are using 100% natural products in all things that we do. And it is essential that it is truly natural.

Some natural brands use the term very loosely and what is labeled as natural is not. You must as the consumer do your due diligence!

doTERRA oils are 100% natural with no toxins or synthetics. Period. They go through rigorous testing of each batch and if it does not meet the standards they will pull it from distribution.

The energies right now are a little crazy! If you are feeling it and feeling a little amped up (as in angry and just can't shake it) this is an excellent combination.

Use 1 drop each of marjoram, rosemary, cardamom and thyme on the heart space. Watch that anger melt away...
