As promised… here is the BIG and beyond thrilling announcement!! When the time comes for Kerri’s Klinic of Massage Therapy to call it the end and officially close it’s doors, a brand new book will begin, the doors will open, and an exciting new biz will take my place!

"Hello! My name is Deanna Arthur and for the last 5 years I have had the pleasure of calling Carberry home, originally growing up rurally on a potato farm in Gladstone. I am currently completing my final year of the Massage Therapy Program at Robertson College; additionally, having certification in Reiki, Visceral Manipulation, Body Talk and Access Consciousness. I am so thrilled for this opportunity to serve Carberry and the wonderful people in this community. I am immensely thankful for Kerri, who will continue to be my mentor as I develop into my new career at 550 Wheatland Drive.
I will be open and scheduling new clients for the beginning of August. Sessions will be introduced at a reduced rate of $60 for an hour. Once graduation is complete, as well as all my appropriate paperwork/numbers, clients will be able to claim their treatments through their insurances. Spots will be limited at the beginning due to my school schedule, so please book in soon… there will be evening and weekend availability ☺️. Not the announcement you are all eagerly waiting for, but just an extremely exciting announcement on my next new chapter and what I will be diving into! I am so incredibly excited and happy to completely join and be a part of the amazing Memories Chapel family!! 🥰

With nearly 14 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, she's now dedicated to serving families with respect, dignity, and love. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys family time on their farm, baking, singing, and leading worship at her church.

The day is slowly approaching where I will be closing my Klinic doors at the end of July. As sad as I am to say good-bye to this part of my life, I am so incredibly excited to completely jump into my new chapter!! I am absolutely loving the new opportunity I was presented with and started at the beginning of May, and look forward to serving more people and families with respect, dignity, and love every day.

Some things have been brewing and developing here at the Klinic though!! Stay tuned this weekend for a very exciting announcement regarding the FUTURE here at 550 Wheatland Drive!! I cannot wait to share this incredibly exciting news with everyone!! 🥰

Good afternoon all you beautiful souls! I just want to come on here at do an update, and let you all know of the massive changes to come.

I want to let you all know that the changes coming were all sudden and unexpected, but I was offered and blessed with some incredible opportunities that I simply could not refuse!!

Beginning in May, my hours and days here at the Klinic will be SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! I will only be here every other week, and have unfortunately completely stopped scheduling appointments. Only clients who currently have appointments already scheduled with me will be staying.

ALSO, come AUGUST of 2024, I will be completely CLOSING my Klinic doors. It’s been an incredible almost 14 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, and I will immensely miss the job and the wonderful people I have met over the years! This is extremely bittersweet for me, but I’m so incredibly excited for the future!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for choosing and trusting me to be your massage therapist, and for all your support from the very beginning! I have met so many incredible people and will truly miss helping you with your aches, pains, stress, and wellness! Take care!!! 🩷

Good afternoon everyone! I haven’t checked in or posted in a long time! I hope you are all happy and healthy. I’m sure you’re all loving this incredible weather we are having. This year has flown by so quickly, and it feels like we just had Christmas a couple months ago!

I just want to give you all an update on things going on here at the Klinic. I am still currently only working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30am to 5:15pm. With only working these 3 days I am still able to be with my boys as much as I can, and keep my body from wearing out so that I can continue to do what I love as long as I possibly can.

The days that I work fill up very quickly, and I am usually booked in advance for approximately 8 – 10 weeks at a time. I try my very best to get clients in when they are in need, and accommodate rescheduling needs, but unfortunately I am not always able to do so.

So as of January of 2024 I have made the difficult decision that I will no longer be accepting new clients. This gives me the opportunity to maintain my existing clientele, and to be able to give each and every client the best possible care and treatment I can give them. The ONLY exception will be babies. I will always take on new baby clients, as those treatments don’t take more than 10 – 15 minutes, I am usually able to squeeze them in between clients.

Thank you everyone for your continued support and giving me the honour of being your massage therapist!! These 11 ½ years have gone by so quickly and I love doing what I do as much as I did when I started! ❤️

This past weekend was filled with tons of learning, passion, meeting new people, and did I mention, learning!? 🤪

Visceral Manipulation for Massage Therapy was all about learning treatments and care for the abdominal cavity. This workshop was incredible! It reignited my passion and drive for what I do and why I became a massage therapist almost 11 years ago! ❤️ The amount of information was at times overwhelming, but a few key points stand out:
- anxiety, depression, fear, and anger can cause the most damage to our bodies
- 95% of serotonin is in the abdominal brain
- 70% of functional diseases that we suffer from originate from digestive pathologies 😳 and visceral manipulation can help recover those natural functions that are effected
- chronic back and neck pain stem directly from abdominal and digestive issues

I also met an amazing fellow massage therapist from Brandon. The weekend wouldn't have been half as incredible if we hadn't met and partnered up! J Ourney Rommelaere is a new massage therapist that just graduated earlier this year, but the knowledge, drive, and passion within her is inspiring!

So incredibly blessed to have had this weekend, and so looking forward to apply these new skills so my treatments with you!! ☺️

Good morning! What beautiful January we’ve had so far! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year, and staying healthy and safe!
I just wanted to pop on here and finally show everyone the new logo, since the reveal hasn’t happened yet. I ended up changing the entire thing from what I asked everyone to vote on. I had some helpful advice and influence from a few sweet people, and finally decided that this is what the logo should be… it was time for a transformation… and I love it! 😊 So excited to be able to show you all!
I also have some VERY exciting news to share! Starting on February 1, I will be extending 2 of the 3 days here at the Klinic. I will now be able to take clients in until 5:30pm! 😊 I am so happy to go a little later in the day, and if my schedule starts to really book up those 2 days, I will extend the third day to 5:30 as well! I hope to see many of you again as my schedule and massage availabilities become a little more flexible. This year will be great!! Happy 2023! 😊❤

I'm so very thankful and grateful for the amazing love and support from each of my clients this past year! I'm immensely blessed to have each of you in my life, and appreciate beyond words that you continue to choose me as your massage therapist! Thank you for trusting me to help with your aches and pains, and to help you feel your best! I look forward to seeing you all again in 2023, and also look forward to meeting new clients that will walk in the door! ❤️

Hello everyone! I want to wish you all a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving! I hope you are all spending it with your loved ones and eating delicious food 😋!

I want to give everyone the most exciting update today! I was recently presented and given the opportunity to move my massage business out if my home and back into town... and I most definitely jumped at the chance and said yes!! So as of tomorrow, October 11, I will be BACK in town where it all BEGAN!! 550 Wheatland Drive!! 😃 Kerri's Klinic of Massage Therapy started 10 years ago in the summer of 2012, and in the summer of 2018 the decision was made to close those doors for a period of time and work out of my home. Well, 2 babies, 2 houses, and a whole lot of love, and hard work later, the door has finally opened again after 4 years!

I cannot express to you how thankful I am for all your love and support. Thank you so very much for trusting me, and following me to my homes during the past 4 years, and now coming back full circle to where it all began and to where it also still feels like home. Each of you mean so much to me, and I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for you and my family. ❤️ I'm so extremely thankful, grateful, and blessed!!

Also, it won't just be me there... I'm sharing the space with a special woman from town! I won't publicly mention who she is JUST yet, I'll wait for her announcement first then share with everyone! 😊 The Klinic will look a little different than before, but it's a new exciting chapter we are so looking forward to writing!

Thank you again for all your support these last 10 years!! The next 10+ beside Carberry Signs on 550 Wheatland Drive will be the best yet!! ❤️
