After finishing my Yoga Teacher training on the beautiful island of Hawaii, I was inspired by the Soul work and life long connections to create my own space to share the experience of freedom, self love, self exploration, self care and self worth. A place where you can acknowledge your feelings and intuition. My true passion lies in embracing the mind body connection through Reiki, Hatha Yoga, Med

itation and Life Coaching. It must be understood that the mind exists not just in the brain, but also throughout the body. I offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. I am a Reiki Masters III Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach and Meditation Coach. I have space and facilitate a nurturing environment for everyone to discover their true selves and manifest their desires.
