If you want to keep your gut happy and healthy, try to avoid foods that come with a warning label. You know the ones that say things like "may cause explosive diarrhea" or "not recommended for those with weak stomachs." lol 💩💩💩🥵

In all seriousness......Stick to foods that are more gut-friendly, like fruits, vegetables, 🥦🍓🫑🍋🥒🫐 and probiotic-rich foods.

The more veggies and chlorophyll rich foods 🥦🥬🥒🍐🥝 the better for less odorous daily constitutions! 💩....Think of it as natures way of dishwashing for your gut..... Plus so many many more benefits!
