As an R.H.N.- Board Certified Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (& IIN-Certified Integrative Holistic Health & Wellness Nutrition Coach and CFES Certified Personal Trainer, Teresa Funk is uniquely qualified to coach women through hormonal imbalances because she has been through it herself. Teresa takes a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness, using the same techniques through her coaching programs so other women can achieve high levels of success in taking the first steps to a healthier and happier life. Teresa gets to the root of the issue, empowering women to make lifestyle changes that have a lasting effect. All Rejuvenate programs include meal planning with customized options, fitness programs, mindset coaching, and guidance related to supplementation. Coaching programs each include 12 different modules, first starting with a discussion of health history, followed by the modules focusing on nutrition, meal plans, and fitness. This approach allows for more flexibility with personalized and customized strategies.
