Her academic and professional background is rooted in the biological sciences of nutrition, human physiology & anatomy, metabolism, endocrinology, immune, cardiovascular health and digestive health, allowing her to translate complex science into practical, client-centered care. With a foundation as a former seasoned personal trainer, Teresa brings extensive knowledge of exercise physiology, body composition, strength training principles, and movement science—now applied through a sustainable, lifestyle-based framework appropriate for midlife and menopause. Her clinical focus includes supporting women with concerns such as weight gain or resistance to weight loss, insulin resistance and blood sugar dysregulation, fatigue, sleep disturbance, digestive symptoms, hair changes, hot flashes, and other menopause-related symptoms.
