Herbal Wellness packs to help you stay your healthiest, includes Elderberry Syrup, Herbal Rescue Spray and a Rescue Steamer (Cough & Congestion or Upper Respiratory).

Elderberry Syrup can help to lesson the duration of the common cold and flu thanks to their anthocyanin content. My blend also contains a blend of herbs that offer anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, the benefits of local honey and reverse osmosis water that doesn’t contain fluoride or chlorine.

Rescue Spray is an extracted blend of Calendula, St. John’s Wort and Yarrow. Helpful for cuts, bites, stings, bruises, minor burns, etc. Great for travel, work and to have around the house.

Rescue Steamers are designed to support discomfort from coughs and congestion with herbal steam. Add a spoonful to a heat safe bowl, pour on hot water, drape a towel over and breathe in the soothing steam. Choose from Cough and Congestion or Upper Respiratory Congestion. These can also be used proactively to help give your immune system a boost as needed and your skin will thank you for the lovely steam treatment!

I’ve been studying nutrition and herbalism for over 10 years. There really is no beginning and end because I’m always learning and excited to be learning. I recently celebrated my birthday and bought a few books with my gift cards. One was recommended from one of my herbal teachers (The Herbal Medicine Maker’s Handbook) and a brief look through was enough to know I’m going to love it, a book for my pets because I love to use and share my herbal knowledge with them and do it safely, and a fun one to enjoy with the kids full of plants in our area and lots of activities. Over ten years and I’m still as excited to learn about herbs as I was when I first started. As a bonus, I took advantage of the Black Friday deal and signed up for another year of membership with the Herbarium at The Herbal Academy. This membership gives me profiles on over 200 plants, lectures, and deep dive mini courses on so many things such as using herbs with pets, ADHD, Stress, Menopause, etc. As we start to tuck into these colder months, it’s a great time to slow down with a good book or hobby!

After a very busy day on my feet, I am so grateful for this spray! I’m on my feet a lot and by the end of the day they can get pretty sore. My research took me to Witch Hazel - it’s cooling, astringent, anti-inflammatory and can help reduce swelling. The only problem - I was having trouble finding a suitable Witch Hazel product. So I decided to make my own extraction to use that includes only Witch Hazel, Reverse Osmosis water and alcohol (to preserve it). I infused my Witch Hazel with a trio of herbs - Mugwort, Rosemary and Lavender that promote cooling, circulation, soothing sore muscles and calmness (because I often use it before bed). This spray absorbs quickly so there’s no oily mess and can be used on any sore muscles 💪
