Gordana Halbreiner is a co-founder of Food Technology Consulting. She has more than 20 years of experience in food processing and regulatory affairs, which enables her to organize and conduct training in these areas. With Food Technology Consulting, she has been involved in a diverse range of projects, both in Canada and internationally, developing and implementing HACCP Systems and Quality Systems in the food industry. Gordana has worked with both federal and provincial HACCP Systems, and has assisted processors who export meat and poultry products to the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology. Gordana worked with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Food Inspection Branch, on different projects. Gordana is an ATP (Approved Training provider) for BRC program. Ivana Roskic
Ivana Roskic is a co-founder of Food Technology Consulting with extensive experience in Food Safety Systems, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). She has assisted in the implementation of over 30 food safety systems in Canadian companies, both provincial and federal. Ivana worked with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture on different projects, has an extensive background in the implementation of Food Quality Systems and has conducted numerous workshops in Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology. Ivana is an ATP (Approved Training provider) for BRC program.
