We are officially moved out of the Durham Corporate Centre. It’s been a tough transition, but we’re staying hopeful.

For now, we’re operating out of Cheer Strong while we search for our permanent home.

We're thrilled to announce our FREE Seniors Massage Therapy Program, thanks to the incredible support of Desjardins Group GoodSpark grant!

Low-income seniors WITH chronic pain and WITHOUT massage therapy health coverage, this one's for you! Our registered therapists are here to provide soothing relief, absolutely FREE of charge. We have partnered with Forward Health & Wellness for this initiative, to ensure we reach as many low-income seniors as possible.

We believe everyone deserves accessible pain relief and relaxation, free from financial strain. Spread the word, forward the post and tag eligible seniors who could benefit from this amazing opportunity!
