This small package holds everything needed to cleanse your space. Infused with Reiki, I use these items as I walk through and Reiki a home (or any other building) to release stored up negative energy. This could be a presence you are feeling in your space or simply heaviness or cloudiness.

Negative energy gets built up over time. Regular cleansing releases this and creates space for more positive energy to enter.

As I prepared for my sons wedding this weekend with his bride-to-be, her mother and bridesmaids I realized how anxious everyone was feeling. I mentioned that I could have given Reiki to those that were waiting on hair and makeup, calm some nerves and bring a sense of peace to the day. It was already peaceful and beautiful but the response was “YES” we should have thought of that Anyone with a wedding coming up that would like to offer Reiki to the wedding party during the anticipation of the big moment? I’d be happy to bring it to you!

Good morning, for those of you who don't know me - I'm Barb. I run two businesses, Helen Sanderson Associates Canada and 360 Restorative Healing. My purpose in both is to help people live meaningful lives.

I am passionate about working with organizations in human services to provide training and consultation to ensure that the services they provide are focussed on the people they provide service to and the people they employ.

My greatest passion lies in supporting people individually (within the context of their family and culture). I do this through EPIC life planning, Doula supports, Reiki healing, Reiki home energy clearing, Values explorations and oracle card readings.

Tomorrow I am going to cleanse a home. The family feels a presence that makes them uncomfortable, and feel the presence is attached to their young child. I am excited to support this family and young child to be freed from this negative energy!

Cleansing doesn’t have to be about a presence in the home, negative energies are stored in the furniture, walls, whenever any negative energy is within the home (heated discussions, frustrations, sadness, grief) cleansing those energies opens your home to peace, calm, positivity and productivity.
