Is It Time to Quit This Sh*t?

Quit the things that aren’t serving your goals.
Quit the things you’re only doing out of guilt.
Quit the things you’re forcing yourself to keep up with others, out of obligation, or because you’re afraid to take a chance on yourself.
 
Ask yourself:
Are my food choices and how I move my body aligned with who I want to be?
Are they moving me closer to the outcome I want?
 
For me, I won’t quit:
I’ll push through the tough stuff in health and fitness—because it aligns with who I am and who I want to be.

I’ll dig deep and fight for the business I love and the people I help.

I’ll lean into personal growth, even when it means facing hard truths and calling out my own BS.
 
You don’t quit because it’s tough.
You quit because it makes you miserable. There’s a difference.

When it comes to nutrition and exercise—do you know the difference?
