Tips for managing your IBS while traveling
Maintain good sleep hygiene
Keep to your normal routine and try to make sure you get the same amount of sleep as you do at home. Lack of sleep is a major factor in aggravating irritable bowel symptoms.
If you have symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain, bloating, constipation and/or diarrhea, talk to a doctor right away.
