Hiring Personal Support Workers
We are a healthcare organization looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSW) to join our team. As a PSW, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Document client care provided and report any changes in their condition to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Completed PSW certificate program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Access to reliable transportation (car or public transit)
