I love supporting women and moms in their health and fitness journeys. I love being able to be the part of your day where you feel empowered and at peace knowing that you are capable of doing hard things.
If you’re looking for support either in person or online I can’t wait to support you. You can join one of our classes starting the week of September 15.
Classes
💗Momstrong foundations: this class is for moms who want to “Rebuild their strength, restore their core, and rise stronger than before.”
Class will be offered online and in person.
The in person class will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am
The online will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:40pm CST
💗Strong with Grace (Empowering women to build strength with confidence, balance and grace): This class is for women and moms who are ready to get stronger and push themselves.
Each class has a component of strength training, cardio, mobility and flexibility. With the nutrition add-on you can fuel properly and achieve your fitness goals.
There’s online and in person options. The online is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm and the in person will be on Fridays at 9:30am cst

Online classes is $69.99 for just the class and $99.99 if you add-on the nutrition support
Strong with Grace in person is $99.99 (only 1 class per week for now, more class in the future)
Momstrong Foundations is $199.99 (2 classes per week)
For all the classes you can add-on nutrition support for $29.99
If you wanted the nutrition support on its own it is $39.99

Here are some of my class offers for September, classes will start the week of September 15.

💗Strong with Grace virtual class is returning. This class was such a success the first time around and the people that participated in it loved it. There’s also an option of Strong with Grace in person. This class is ideal for women who are wanting to get fit and push themselves. Moms who join this class must be at least 1 year postpartum and are not new to exercising.

💗Momstrong Foundations: this is a class that I have wanted to create and teach for so long. The focus of this class will be helping moms who are returning to exercise after a baby do so safely and effectively. The class will have an online and an in person option.

💗Nutrition Support Add-on: This is an add-on that I have due to popular demand from Strong with Grace members. As we all know the nutrition aspect can be a bit daunting and it’s just nice to take off all the guess work and have support, that’s what this is.

💗1:1 or Partner Personal training option online or in person

💗Individualized online fitness and nutrition coaching.

Come try out an in person class with me or ask questions about my offers on September 1, 2025 from 9:30am to 11:30am.

There will be a class from 9:40am to about 10:20am, then another class from 10:30am to 11:20am.
The address is 1100 Broad street, Regina, SK.
Send me a dm with your name and time of class you’d like to attend and I’ll make note. You can bring your kids, your toddlers, your babies or your adult children. This class is for women not just moms but for moms I’ll adapt to show modifications for any mom bod related issues.

10-Minute Mobility + Stretch Routine (No Equipment)
1. Cat-Cow (Spinal Mobility) – 1 min
Start on hands and knees.

Inhale, arch your back, lift chest + tailbone (Cow).

Exhale, round spine, tuck chin + pelvis (Cat).

2. Hip Circles (Pelvis + Hips) – 1 min
On all fours, make slow circles with hips in one direction, then switch.

Loosens lower back and hips.

3. Seated Side Stretch – 1 min (30s each side)
Sit cross-legged or on a chair.

Reach one arm overhead, lean gently to the opposite side.

Switch sides.

4. Thread the Needle (Upper Back + Shoulders) – 1 min
From all fours, slide right arm under left, resting shoulder + ear on floor.

Hold, then switch sides.

5. Low Lunge with Side Reach – 2 min (1 min each side)
Step one foot forward into a lunge.

Drop back knee, reach same-side arm up and over for a side stretch.

6. Chest Opener (Clasped Hands) – 1 min
Stand or kneel, clasp hands behind back, lift chest, open shoulders.

7. Seated Forward Fold – 1 min
Sit with legs extended, hinge at hips, reach toward toes.

Relax neck + shoulders.

8. Child’s Pose – 2 min
Kneel, sit back on heels, stretch arms forward, forehead to mat.

Option: widen knees for deeper hip release.

✨ This sequence:
Relieves tight hips, back, and shoulders (common for moms).

Boosts circulation + energy.

Can be done in PJs, before bed, or as a morning reset.

Kale Taco Salad
Ingredients
• 4 cups chopped kale
• 1 red bell pepper (diced into cubes)
• 1 can corn (drained)
• 1 cup already prepared taco meat (you can ask for my recipe for my taco meat)
For dressing
• 1 avocado
• 1 handful cilantro
• A teaspoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Juice of 2 lime
• 2 green onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/4 cup water or more if dressing is too thick

Direction for dressing
1. Place all the dressing ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth, add more water if dressing is too thick
3. Taste when fully blended. Add salt if needed.
4. Set aside for salad.

Direction for salad
1. In a bowl add the kale first then follow with the other ingredients.
2. Pour the dressing on the salad
3. Mix well and enjoy on it’s own or as a side.

Options: add some chips for a bit of crunch.

This is one of my many favourite salads. Try it and let me know what you think.

Fitness Reminders for the week

💗Fitness is for everybody, you don’t need to have been an athlete at some point or be someone who has always been active.

💗The best time to start was 10 years ago, the best next time is now!!

💗A 10 minute workout is better than none, so go for 10 minutes or even 5 minutes.

💗You don’t have to enjoy fitness to do it, it’s a necessity so enjoyment isn’t always necessary.

💗Building muscle is the foundation that will hold your fitness journey together, when you build muscle and strengthen your muscles you give yourself flexibility to try out any other fitness modality you prefer.
