The EASIEST peanut butter cookie recipe which is gluten free, refined sugar free, high in protein and literally takes under 5 minutes to throw together. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​TIP: use sugar-free peanut butter (just the nuts) for best results, if you are using a classic Kraft peanut butter, don't add as much maple syrup.

Makes 10-12 cookies.

Hello there!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I'm dipping my toes back into social media. And while I've been working hard behind the scenes in my business, working with clients and helping them improve their health and reach their goals, I've taken a back seat with my podcast, blog posts and social media posts.
But I'm happy to report that I'm making more time for those things, I want to reach and help more of you! And the next blog post and podcast I will be doing will be addressing all things PERIMENOPAUSE! It is a topic that is near and dear to me since I am starting to see the first signs of it myself. I want to be educated and prepared for the transition and I want to help my clients feel empowered instead of powerless. Gone are the days of silently struggling through a major hormonal shift in a Woman's life. Let's talk about it!

You might be picking up on this thread from me already....simple is sustainable.​​​​​​​​​Especially if you have a family, and or are busy with other life things (who isn't 🤷‍♀️). Don't expect something that is complex to be sustainable. That's why when it comes to meals and eating, I like SIMPLE, nourishing meals.​​​​​​​​​
I am here to remind you that what you eat doesn't need to be goumet or complex. It simply needs to nourish you. And if it stresses you out to make 5 dinners a week, then pair it back and think simpler. Because it is not nourishing you if you are stressing out about it.

You will continue to find me over here sharing super simple meal ideas because that is realistic for me in my life right now.

What does FULL BLOOM mean to you?
To me, just like the beauty of a flower, starting out as a seed, growing a bid and then eventually unfolding and emerging into a beautiful flower.
There is so much perfection in the process of a flower blooming, so much beauty in the actual bloom but it could not have become a flower without the steps it took to get there.
It is a beautiful metaphor for our lives and our health journey, we are not always our fully emerged expression of ourselves all the time. Sometimes we are just a seed, and sometimes we are the bud. It is all perfect, and through my business, working with women, I want them to witness their health journey the same way they would a flower coming to bloom.
