A super easy 30-40g of protein dinner…

1 cup ricotta
2 garlic cloves
2 roasted red peppers (I used jar)
Salt & pepper (to taste)

Blend all together until fully combined. Serve with lentil pasta + add some fresh parmesan! That’s it 🍝

Local and seasonal products hit differently, hear me out for a second… (dressing recipe to follow)

Think of your food as energy, if it’s spending less time on a truck, is growing naturally in the time/place it was meant to, and is grown/made by people who are passionate about what they are doing…. your food is infused with love and good energy. So it’s no surprise that eating seasonal strawberries or backyard grown beets excites every cell of you. Your body is quite literally vibrating and ecstatic because it’s higher energetic frequency. So keep enjoying that local produce while we can in peak summer! ☀️

Now, for the salad! Lettuce, golden beets, goat cheese, chickpeas, cucumbers with this dressing:

• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinaigrette
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 clove of garlic, diced
• 1 tsp of fresh dill, chopped
• Dash of salt

This is my go to salad dressing, but I added in fresh dill this time and it was really good!

I took this 2 months after my mom died, which is almost nine years ago. it was the first time I felt her through nature…

don’t question the signs. don’t chalk them up to coincidences. don’t second guess the synchronicities. it is them. and they speak to us through whatever resonates with you. when something resonates and feels good, it’s your body’s way of telling you- yes!!! sometimes it’s a license plate, a lady bug, numbers, a song, a sun beam. anything. if you feel like it’s them, it is. don’t worry about it sounding silly, they are morse coding their love to you through your surroundings and the universe. today is my birthday, 2/11. if you’ve been following me a while, you know that this is my sign from my mom. 211. I’ll see it up to 10 times a day, I’ll see it when I ask for some reassurance, I’ll see it on a rough parenting day, she is always around. I never understood how much my birthday connected me to my mom until she passed away, and then again when I became a mother. this day was the start of our journey together in this life (I believe we’ve had many past lives together, she would always call us kindred spirits. I didn’t understand that until she passed on either). 211 is so significant, because it was the day she brought me into this world, so when I see the number, it feels powerful. a few others have started to receive 211’s as well and I believe that’s your own loved ones or angels trying to get your attention through you believing in this sign. trust it, don’t overthink it

A little glimpse into the holidays over here. This year felt more meaningful than ever and full of big lessons…

1: started 2024 with a cold plunge in the lake. I could feel my worries & fears rising to the surface to be released 🤍❄️
2: reminder of nature’s healing ✨
3: big 2024 energy 🙃
4: 2024- manifesting my own fireplace🔥
5: got on the elf train & aren’t getting off
6: practising presence with my 👧🏻 (my biggest teacher right now)
7: surrendering & trusting the universe’s plan in my health journey (more on that to come)
8: many movies on repeat over here (trolls, sing 2, Christmas chronicles to name a few) tv temporarily in the bedroom because… we needed it, my inner child did too
9: my dad with my kids 🦚🥰
10: all the festivities & all of the sweets, wouldn’t change a thing. overtired & overstimulated but created some really good memories. giving myself and my family lots of grace to not always show up as our best. some seasons we thrive, some we survive

I’m what you’d get if Mindy, Martha Stewart & Marie Kondo had a baby 🤣 Simply put, I love to share things that work to make me feel my best on a mind, body & soul level. I don’t claim to know it all, but one thing I know deeply, is myself and how to live an intuitively led life. That’s what I help people do too, reconnect with themselves and live from their intuition & heart. The world needs more heart & soul centred living, now more than ever, so that’s what I’m called to do- help people get back to their true selves and nature (before the world conditioned us into who we “should” be)
