Margaret’s Bay Massage Therapy opened in May 2006 and has had the privilege of treating many people from in and around St. Margaret’s Bay and the surrounding area over the past number of years. We have treated clients with repetitive strain injuries, chronic and acute conditions, sports injuries, injuries caused from motor vehicle accidents as well as performing relaxation treatments. We now have seven Registered Massage Therapists working at our clinic, open six days a week offering evening and weekend appointments. We are continuously improving our ability which allows us to offer a wide variety of treatments to increase the quality of life for our clients. We have treated people of all ages ranging from infants to seniors. People don’t need to be in pain or have an injury in order to benefit from massage therapy. There are many unknown benefits such as preventative care, decreasing anxiety and depression as well as increasing the immune system to name a few. At St Margaret’s Bay Massage Therapy, our massage therapists are dedicated to doing their best to improve the health of all clients who visit our clinic. Clinic Manager – Full Time

St. Margaret’s Bay Massage Therapy – Head of St. Margaret’s Bay, NS

We’re seeking a reliable and organized Clinic Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals. With over 100 years of combined experience, our clinic is dedicated to improving the lives of our community through quality care.

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff
• Greet and assist patients, manage bookings (in person, phone, and email), and follow up on appointments
• Process billing, payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient and financial records
• Support payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory management (QuickBooks experience an asset)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, staff, and treatment areas
• Communicate effectively with practitioners, clients, and insurance providers
• Assist with clinic communications, including social media updates

Qualifications
• High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Jane App and QuickBooks strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness clinic an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude

Compensation & Hours
• Compensation commensurate with experience
• 32–40 hours per week

Andrea has always had a passion for helping others. She has received her 3 year Acupuncture diploma as well as received her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology.

Andrea has a gentle approach to Acupuncture and wants her clients to have the most relaxing and beneficial experience possible. She combines Western and Eastern acupuncture to ensure the most effective treatment. In her downtime, Andrea is found outside either at the beach, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.
