Another Six week series complete! 🧘‍♀️ 6 weeks of growing, bonding, breathing, and getting to know each other.

We may be good at yoga… photography, not always. Hence the slightly blurry “after” photo 😅

Watching these babies grow and these mamas settle into themselves and each other has been such a joy.

🌿 Baby Chloe and I would like to announce Spring Baby & Me Yoga – Registration is Open 🌿

Our new 6-week Baby & Me Yoga session runs:
• March 12 – April 26 (no class April 16)
• Thursdays at 12:00pm - In-person at Modern Pilates Studio

This series is designed to help you rebuild strength safely, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, regulate your nervous system, and find community. All while your baby is right there beside you.

We’re offering two 6-week sessions this spring/early summer before we break for July and August, making this a perfect time to stay consistent and supported.

Spots fill quickly each round.

The soundtrack of Grade 9 yoga is wobbly giggles and more moments of silence and stillness than expected.

Most had never tried yoga or heard of its variations or philosophy, yet they gave every sequence their all and truly leaned into the final relaxation.

A lovely way to end the week 🙏

While we have been quiet on this account, we’ve been fully embracing the summer!

Full of adventure and very little structure. It’s been hot, sticky, laughter, muddy, forget when we last bathed the children bliss ☀️

Today I finalized the Well Yoga fall schedule and I just can’t wait to get back to this amazing community !
