🌿 Baby Chloe and I would like to announce Spring Baby & Me Yoga – Registration is Open 🌿
Our new 6-week Baby & Me Yoga session runs:
• March 12 – April 26 (no class April 16)
• Thursdays at 12:00pm - In-person at Modern Pilates Studio
This series is designed to help you rebuild strength safely, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, regulate your nervous system, and find community. All while your baby is right there beside you.
We’re offering two 6-week sessions this spring/early summer before we break for July and August, making this a perfect time to stay consistent and supported.
Spots fill quickly each round.
