Early bird is $200 off for the first 4 people.

There will be daily yoga, surfing, hiking, bonfire & stargazing, beach time, healthy fresh local meals, massages, workshops and tons of free time. All activities are optional. Let me know if you have any questions.

I’ve always known how special you are since day 1. But to have an outpour of people & your colleagues tell me over the past week in Miami… Stop me in hallways, corner me in bars so they can gush about you, get teary-eyed because of the impact you’ve made in their lives. And young black folk telling me how you show the f up for them and the community… I was so incredibly blow away, proud and immensely inspired.

You raise the bar for everyone around you & bring them along with you. 👌🏿

You are such an incredible role model for conscious, empowered parenting. I’ve learn so much from you.

We are incredibly lucky to have you. We are so grateful and we thank you for showing up so darn hard because the ripple effect is so damn beautiful for our family, friends & community✨ 🌊

About two weeks off social and it felt so good!

At the beginning of March I was feeling SO overwhelmed with life, business, parenting, health challenges and feeling like social was draining my time/energy.

My initial thought, I’m not sure I want my business to be online, I don’t want to make content anymore, I’m not sure I can be a parent, I am going to be sick forever.

I was ready to throw it all out the window. And a friend said to me, just take space, first. Let your system settle, let it recalibrate and then you can figure out what’s a cause and what’s just a symptom.

A full 8 days at my moms for a little staycation, solitude, quiet and LOTS of sleep and meditation, and I feel clear and reset!

Ready to (ease) my way back into things but with new insight on what needs to change, what wasn’t working and what I need more of in my life to feel good.

A revamp, redirection & re-commitment to certain things. And a letting go of other things.

Do you ever stop, pause and take time to do an inventory check or what’s working, what’s not and what needs to be let go + newly implemented?

If we do it at work, why don’t we do it with our personal lives?

Can I ask you something? 🙂

What if I told you your life could 100p go from:

- treading water aka survival mode aka panic
- anxious & ungrounded
- overthinking & exhausted

TO…

- being in your POWER and feeling great about who you are
- feeling capable and like “I got this”
- while having a deep sense of inner peace

Would you take action? ✨

If I told you, you could have exactly what you want. It may look different than you thought, but you’d arrive at the feelings that you want.

What if I told you, it’s not about exactly what you do but HOW you show up and what YOU BELIEVE to be true about your outcome.

Even if you think you’ve tried before…. you probably didn’t succeed because of a deeper subconscious (limiting) belief + lack of intention & action.

I know this so well, because I saw it with growing my business and I also saw it with my journey with mental health (I was doing ALLLLL zeee things but wasn’t getting better).

What part of you doesn’t believe you deserve it? What part of you isn’t willing to invest? What part of you thinks great outcomes only happen to other people (not you)? 🤔

THOSE ARE THE PARTS OF YOU THAT ARE HOLDING YOU BACK + THOSE ARE THE PARTS OF YOU THAT ARE MAKING SHOWING UP REALLY HARD. 😣

Stop making it so hard!

Get accountability. Get someone who’s been there. And most importantly, get someone who can help you uncover those shadow parts (aka limiting beliefs) and integrate them so you can move forward in YO LIFE! 👏🏼😁

LIVING THROUGH LOVE ❤️

I always thought I knew what love was and what love felt like. Whether it was love for my family, close friends or a romantic love you have, or longed for, from a partner.

I now realize I had no idea of the true depth of the meaning and all it could encompass until I started to read about love within a spiritual practice and reflected on how I viewed love.

We all say “I love you” to various people or “I love my job”, for example, but the question that really got me thinking was, “Do you live through love?” or “Do you practice love?”

Love is not just a feeling you have towards someone, it is a state of being. It is a way of living and approaching life.

So, with that said, I ask you then... when you make a choice:
• are you CHOOSING love?
• love for yourself and/or love for the person you are engaging with?
• are you showing love and are you giving/sending love?

This could be in the words you choose, your body language, actions as well as, the thoughts you are thinking.. towards yourself or towards others.

How do you know? Well it should feel warm, expansive, light, supportive and uplifting. The opposite is fear.. which usually means closed off, maybe defensive, rude, angry, short, judgemental, competitive.

So this Valentine’s Day, outside of the material things of dinners, chocolates and flowers, I invite you to reflect on the above... how are you showing up on the daily and ARE YOU CHOOSING TO LIVE THROUGH LOVE? ❤️
