❄️ How often can you do cryotherapy?
When Paige was recovering from an accident, she came in 2–3 times a week. In those early stages, her biggest challenge was inflammation—and that’s where cryotherapy made the biggest difference.
By keeping sessions consistent, she was able to calm inflammation, support recovery, and get back to moving sooner. Now, even once a week keeps her feeling strong—but in times of healing, more frequent sessions were key. 💙
