Here Are Some Red Flags to Be Aware Of 🚩

✨InconsistencyBig energy one day, radio silence the next. Confusion isn’t chemistry.
✨You feel anxious more than calmYou’re over-analyzing texts instead of feeling secure.
✨Words don’t match actionsPromises are plentiful. Follow-through is not.
✨Avoids accountabilityEverything is a misunderstanding, never their responsibility.
✨You’re always adapting, they’re notYou’re shrinking, over-explaining, or self-abandoning to keep the peace.
✨Your intuition keeps nudging youTrust your gut

Reminder: Red flags aren’t flaws to fix- they’re information to listen to.

Dopamine plays a big role in why early attraction can feel like love.

Dopamine is released with novelty, anticipation, and reward. When attention or affection is unpredictable, dopamine spikes even more, reinforcing pursuit and focus.

This can feel like intense chemistry or “meant to be,” even when emotional safety is missing.

Intensity isn’t the same as love- it’s often a reward response.
👇👇👇
✨When you notice intense attraction driven by inconsistency, pause before acting on it.
✨Name what’s happening: your brain is responding to anticipation and reward, not necessarily compatibility.
✨Shift your focus from how intense it feels to how regulated you feel around them- calm, clear, and safe vs. anxious and preoccupied.
✨Reduce reinforcement where possible (less checking, less chasing, fewer “crumbs” of contact).
✨Consistency, predictability, and emotional availability are what allow real attachment to form.

Every “no,” every unanswered text, every door that didn’t open was quietly guiding you away from what wasn’t aligned. Rejection saves you time, energy, and emotional investment in connections that weren’t meant for you.

Be thankful for the people who walked away… not everyone is meant to stay.
Be thankful for the relationships that didn’t work out… they happened exactly as they were meant to.

Everything unfolded the way it needed to.

Rejection isn’t the end of your story — it’s redirection toward something better. ✨

Doing things outside your comfort zone will feel awkward. Unnatural.
A little “why did I agree to this?” (Especially mid burpee) 😅

That discomfort? It’s not a sign you’re doing it wrong… it’s proof you’re doing it right. Growth rarely feels cozy. It feels shaky, sweaty, and slightly embarrassing before it feels empowering.
But on the other side of that discomfort is confidence.
Clarity.
And the quiet pride of realizing, “Oh… I can actually do hard things.”
So do the thing that makes your heart race.
Have the conversation.
Try the class.
Show up imperfectly.
Sign up for Hyrox (no pressure 😉).

Discomfort is a good thing — that’s just growth doing its thing.

Trust me, future-you will be very grateful you did it 🫶✨

What is Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR)?

Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) is a brief, one on one method used to eliminate the negative effects of past traumas. TIR is highly structured, person-centered and non-intrusive. The process involves retrieving material below the conscious awareness.

The outcome results in relieving you from your suffering by providing you with emotional relief.

Trauma is the result of an extremely negative event (or events) that demolishes your sense of security, which can leave you feeling helpless, unsafe and stranded.

If you feel this is something you are experiencing and would benefit from TIR please reach out for more information.
