Midwives failed to properly monitor the fetal heartrate during a home birth and failed to effectively resuscitate the newborn.

Butterfly Gardens is located in beautiful Brentwood Bay on Vancouver Island.

The gardens are a beautiful display of the tropical rainforest. There is so much to look at and the venue is accessible for everyone. This venue also supports the Access 2 card.
