Laubscher's "Guide to Neck Pain and Headaches" says poor posture is one of the main causes of tension headaches. While sitting at the computer allow the crown of your head to align itself with the pelvic floor and then tuck your chin in slightly as though the back of your head was gently pressing into a wall. This will enable the whole of the spine to support the weight of your head - your neck will be very happy!
