Depression comes with fatigue or chronic pain.
The same goes for what we label as personality disorders.
These are not "mental disorders." Or "mental illness.
That is not the whole story.
The body and mind are connected. Always in communication.
Underneath the symptoms there's: inflammation, issues with the gut-brain axis, metabolic issues, hormonal imbalances.
