Feeling 'flat', foggy, or tender is normal after all the hype. These are signs your body is really ready to unwind and just be. Honouring this prevents burnout.
I don't know about you... but as a mom the last week or so was - nerves from Christmas concerts, waking up at 4am from excitement, sugar overload from parties, and trying to hold this all together to prevent another meltdown... I am definitely ready for some deep rest! So are my girls.
