如果你沒有把精油塗在脊椎上 — 你可能錯過了一個很好用的方法 👀
這其實是我最喜歡的塗抹位置之一。

為什麼呢？
👉 脊椎基本上就是身體的「控制中心」
👉 很多神經從這裡延伸到各個器官與系統（也就是周邊神經系統）
👉 這個位置很好塗抹，也能讓精油慢慢吸收
👉 很適合用來支持壓力、消化、荷爾蒙與免疫系統

✨ 我特別覺得在以下狀況時很有幫助：
– 覺得疲累、元氣不足
– 緊繃或壓力大
– 腸胃有點不舒服
– 或只是需要重新調整狀態
