Happy Women's Day!

As the popularity of International Women's Day as a worldwide celebration rises, my mission to support the divine feminine strengthens in support of womb health and women's leadership.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes on this special day. I am truly so grateful to be supported and feel so loved by so many! I honour my mother on this day for supporting me with unconditional love in all my unconventional ways of being.

My heart was filled on my birthday and Women's Day to have my home filled with women as well as guiding a two hour celebratory online sister circle called Mystic Womb Celebration. If you would like to catch the replay, reply CELEBRATION in the comments or DM and I'll send you the link!

This last birth year has been so incredible with so much expansion and challenge and I am feeling more stable, grounded, sovereign and healthy on the other side of it. Some highlights and milestones of my year include...

🌹 Walking the lands of ancient holy sites in Europe, deepening the connection to my path as a Priestess
🐸 Leading 3 women's kambo retreats in Manitoba, Alberta and BC!
🏡 Settling into a cozy, peaceful cabin that feels like the perfect home at this time
🐈‍⬛ Travelling to Mexico the homeland of my soul with my cat and setting up a life to work and play from different home bases
⚕ Focusing and investing in my health and healing and slowly feeling stronger
🎡 Completing medicine wheel as a shamanic practitioner and full mesa carrier
🔻 Guiding women through my flagship womb healing program called LUNA in both spring and fall
🐸 Creating a new course for kambo self-administration and microdosing with kambo as well as deepening my education and training with serving those with autoimmune and sensitive systems, and launching a separate business, Vancouver Island Kambo
🎪Completing the curriculum and first cohort of the 9 month womb healing and leadership program within Red Tent Mystery School and certifying 6 women as Womb Guides to support other women

This new birth year I am focusing on creating more ease, simplicity, flow, play, pleasure, health, and prosperity!

Metamorphosis is a process by which animals and insects undergo extreme, rapid physical changes. The result of metamorphosis can change the organism’s entire body plan, changing how it moves, eats or looks.

The most majestic and magical example in nature to me is the metamorphosis of the caterpillar 🐛 into the butterfly 🦋

I was obsessed with this process as a little girl!

I found caterpillars outside and created little houses for them. I fed and tended to them so that I could watch the process of them weaving a cocoon or forming a chrysalis and transform into moths and butterfly's. My parents made me keep my bug houses I built in the laundry room as they got stinky in the cocoon phase! I was always SO in awe when they emerged and took flight!

Now this is one of the most incredible acts of magical transformation here...

When a caterpillar is ready to transform, it creates a protective shell called a chrysalis by completely shedding its skin... but they don't really create a chrysalis, they actually BECOME a chrysalis! The caterpillars body completely breaks down and liquifies into imaginal cells which can re-configure and put themselves back together again in a completely new shape!

Once the butterfly emerges, the wet and crinkled wings that first emerge need to be dried out and need to expand as fluids are pumped into a series of tiny tubes in the wings before taking a leap of faith into flight!

Within that chrysalis, a transformation happens; a cycle of LIFE, DEATH and REBIRTH occurs.

As womb carriers, we hold the power of transformation within the portal of our wombs.

I invite you to think of your womb as the chrysalis itself. A place for LIFE, DEATH and REBIRTH to occur as we move through the phases of womanhood through our life that are Womb Rites - Rites of Passage. As we shed the endometrial lining of our uterus with the phases of the moon. As we bring spirit into matter and gestate babies. As we cultivate our dreamseeds within our wombs and birth our wildest visions into the world. ALL of life is birthed from the WOMB.

The Wise Women and the Priestesses of the past knew that DEATH was a part of LIFE. They knew that new LIFE was created through DEATH and they welcomed this process of transformation.

The process of transformation requires:
✅ Trust and surrender
✅ Courage and bravery
✅Devotion and work
✅ Magick!

I don't know about you, but I am here to be me - to evolve into the person I am destined to become in this lifetime, in my souls evolution. To know myself and discover more of who I truly am. My physical health took a downturn a year ago and I've been on a slow and steady process of recovery with many ups and downs. I feel like I've been through the wringer this last year while simultaneously living some of the most deeply expansive personal experiences and while also providing such transformational experiences to so many women.

Things were on the upswing in the Spring with my health after two rounds of kambo and then seemed to get worse again mid-summer after pushing my body a little too hard. This Fall I knew that I needed to make some major shifts in my life. And I knew it was time again for me to sit with the medicine of kambo.

I was absolutely terrified. My body shook and my jaw chattered uncontrollably before the first round. This is what I usually do right before the surge of heat and before the medicine even enters my system as the body somatically shakes to begin to release stored trauma. The body energetically already knows what is about to happen and the spirit of the medicine already starts working its magic. I think the anxiety and fear is all a part of the process as the subconscious is afraid to let go of whatever is about to be deeply released and as the medicine demands this level of reverence and respect.

Then after kambo, I felt awful. I always have felt fantastic afterward and this time I felt ill for a couple of days, which is usually rare. And so, a second dose was needed. Sometimes you feel worse before you start feeling better.. Round two was just fu***ng nasty. I felt like I would faint, my face swelled up and it was extremely difficult to sit through. Again, I felt like garbage after that and took a few days to recover. A third round was needed. (I already knew before I started I would likely be in for 3 rounds, about 3 weeks apart from each other). Third round down and I felt like a fu***ng warrior as I completed this 'holy trinity' as I call it last week.

I can feel a shift in my energy body, coming into a new sense of confidence and strength. I began to shift beliefs and my mind opened new pathways to change my patterns and habits that were not serving me. I cut out coffee again and started eating healthier as kambo assists to cut cravings and addictions. I could feel my brainfog lifting and a crisp and sharper awareness come through that reached all aspects of my life with a newfound crystalline clarity. A deeper sense of TRUST has encompassed me.

This is because the peptides in kambo bind to receptor sites in our cells to actually influence biological patterns that can change mood and thought patterns. The peptides also strengthen immunity, aid in digestion, reduce inflammation, remove old toxic bile and replenishes it with new, stimulates endocrine secretions and soooo much more. Pretty miraculous stuff.

And so... Let the venom be thy medicine!

Happy Friday the 13th!

Every Friday is Venus Day, the day of the Goddess.

13 is a powerful number (many reasons listed at the bottom of this message) connected to the power of the Goddess as women cycle just like the moon, 13 times in a year based on lunar and ancient calendar systems before Gregorian was established.

So you put them together (Friday + 13), and get a whole lotta magick!

Because Friday the 13th is a day that is connected to the power of the Goddess, it is a day to revere and celebrate the Divine Feminine.

13 is a number connected to spiritual growth and transformation, connected to the cycles of life, death and rebirth.

However... that's not what they want us to think!

The number 13 and Friday the 13th was distorted as an unlucky number/day where it is really the absolute opposite. So, we have to understand why that is....

There has been a war waged on women's power, bodies and sexuality for millennia to suppress Feminine Power and wisdom.. To keep women small.

A society that has taught us to be afraid of the dark... That moonblood is dirty and our bodies are shameful. That women should fear getting wrinkles and grey hairs. That aging is not beautiful. That crones are old hags.

For millennia, women were silenced, hunted and killed for using their oracular gifts. For gathering together with other women to pray and heal, using the power of the elements, medicines of the earth and their wombs wisdom.

It's no wonder why so many women have a hard time speaking their truth, feel a block in their throat chakra, dim their light and play small, and are afraid of their own power within them.

The Witch Wound is ancestral. It is connected cross-culturally. And as women are connected to all women through our wombs, the Witch Wound is a wound we all carry to some degree. Some of us may even have remembrances of being persecuted in past lives.

Even the word 'witch' has been distorted and resonates with a frequency that is not pure of its essence as a witch is a woman who works with the unseen realms using the power of the elements within and all around her. She who lives in alignment with the moon and stars, working with healing plants of the earth, and with communing with that which is intangible.

So this Friday the 13th is your day to come out of the broom closet and wave your witch flag high, perhaps gather in sisterhood and do something "witchy"!
