🎭Masks we put on every day attract whatever belongs to them. Then we are easily surrounded with many people and leading lives that are not really ours and don’t make us happy.
Eventually all of it leaves us because it was not meant for us and the cycle begins again... Until we step up, until we wake up and challenge our fears that are holding keys to our own cage.

🗝Naturally problems are seen as the bad guys. But are they always...?
They can make us feel stressed, sad put us in a spiral of negative thinking that eventually makes it worse as it lowers our self-esteem, confidence, self-talk and problem-solving thinking, which leads to worsening our performance and behaviours and therefore the results of the problematic situations.
This whole process is a result of our entire life and is a challenge to change that. Be patient with yourself.
You can try to flip the situation through flipping your mindset from negative to positive.
Think what good the problem is bringing to you.
How is it helping you.
What is the opportunity there.
Feel grateful for the problem - see it as a team player that is helping you grow.
You might feel resistance in the beginning so don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t bring miracles for the first time.
Keep practising. It is a skill and it needs time to be mastered.

Accept it. It is natural and normal to feel some discomfort in unknown situations. It is an instinct that helps to keep us alive.
What are you tendencies? How do certain situation make you feel and why is that so?
Surrender to it. Stop fighting. Sit in it. Observe. Analyze. Learn. Adapt. Grow.
Those moments reveal the parts of you that you don’t know much about due to fear and stress that normally keep us from clear thinking and analyzing.
