I am a certified coach practitioner, registered holistic nutritionist, I work with women around the world as an online personal mastery coach through my website. My motivation as a coach is to guide and support women to create personal awareness in their overall life and health. Using the 4 Pillars of Personal Mastery (mindset, health, relationship building, emotional conditioning), we teach women how to create their own definition of success and happiness as a foundation for anything we do and create in life. I've published my first book on holistic health, Redesigning The Inner You: A Book of Holistic Wellness, available on Amazon. Here’s the truth most women were never taught 👇🏼

A regulated woman isn’t quiet, passive, or easy to manage.

She’s aware because she’s walked through the pain.
She’s grounded because she experienced herself trip.
She can feel manipulation before it even finishes the sentence because she can smell it now from a mile away.

When a woman regulates her nervous system, something powerful happens.

She stops chasing approval.
She stops tolerating emotional chaos.
She stops confusing chemistry with safety.

Because when your nervous system is regulated, your body becomes a compass for truth ⚖️

You start noticing the subtle things:
• the energy behind someone’s words 🗣️
• the respect (or lack of it) in how you’re treated ❤️‍🩹
• the difference between love and emotional volatility ♥️

And suddenly…everything makes sense.

The things that once pulled you in 🤯 drama, inconsistency, emotional games, no longer feel attractive.

Not control.

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I had no idea where it would lead me; a vision, an outline, and the courage to take a leap of faith 4.5 years ago feels like a lifetime 💫

The hardest lesson? Letting go of the end result and embracing the journey—the wins, the losses, the people, and the experiences that shape us.

I’ve learned that you can’t keep your business and personal life separate, one pours into the other 🤍 Relationships, friendships, self-care, and how we show up as parents—these all intertwine with our entrepreneurial path.

Staying grounded, and nurturing a spiritual connection has been key for me. Having deep appreciation and gratitude for everything that God and the universe have allowed me to experience has guided me 🙏🏽

What started as a mission to help one woman has blossomed into something far greater. Remember, entrepreneurship isn’t only about the ROI, it’s also about how you feel at the end of the day, the lives you touch, and recognizing when it’s time to evolve into the next version of you; unapologetically.

Your entire life can change with one decision. So continue to develop a deep knowing that you’re worthy of it and discipline enough to stay on mission.

Yes there are times to buckle down and get things done but a fully packed schedule that leaves you exhausted and emotionally drained isn’t a badge of honor—it’s a sign to reflect and bring awareness to what matters to you the most.

1️⃣ Identify What Lights You Up ~ Reconnect with activities and people that value you and you bring value into their life. What fills you with energy and excitement?

2️⃣ Rediscover Joy ~ Think back to moments when you felt your happiest and most alive! What were you doing? Who were you with? How can you bring those elements into your present? Or create a new version if it 💭

4️⃣ Prioritize Your Well-being ~ Make time for rest, exercise creativity, nutrition and connection 🫶🏽

For many of us, we choose to wear our independence like an armour, a shield that protects us from not appearing “needy,”where we had to rely solely on ourselves and often avoid receiving support due to not having core needs met by others.

The statement “I don’t need anybody, I can do it myself,” comes to mind.

Growing up in a household where my parents worked long hours. This upbringing instilled a fierce independence in me, which later led to staying in a relationship that didn’t serve me. I was determined to prove that I could handle everything on my own, without asking for help, carrying the weight of shame and guilt. With the fear of becoming co-dependent.

When you start believing in your worth and asking for what you deserve. You gain the awareness that hyper independence is a trauma response. Not a badge of honour.

You learn that there is strength in vulnerability. Allowing yourself to be dependent on others does not make you weak. It makes you human. It makes you powerful woman🔥

When a woman chooses to embrace interdependence, her entire life begins to expand!

☑️ She no longer settles in a romantic relationship where she isn’t celebrated, and releases the need to prove her worth to feel valued ⬅️ read that again.

☑️ She leverages her strengths while also acknowledging areas where others can contribute, leading to a more balanced and rewarding professional life.

☑️ She finds that interdependence fosters stronger bonds and a deeper sense of belonging 🫶🏽 By opening up and sharing her experiences and emotions, she creates a supportive network that nurtures her and her loved ones.

Standing your ground may feel unnatural.

When you’ve been conditioned to be passive, to keep the peace and do not disrupt the status quo. You learn to mold yourself into whatever and whoever others want or need you to be.

Advocating for yourself is a practice, not an act of perfection. It means embracing discomfort, standing firm in your values, and getting back up every time you fall

Just as we prioritize our fitness and nutrition, it’s time to place equal importance on our financial health as women 🤍

In many cultures, financial discussions especially among women, are often sidelined 🫠 It’s time to change this narrative and make financial health a regular, positive part of our dialogue with our daughters AND sons 👩‍👦👩‍👧

Getting comfortable talking about finances not as a taboo or only in times of need, but as a regular, empowering aspect of our lives

Why is this important 👉🏾 financial discussions can be a proactive approach to help build a foundation of knowledge and confidence, enabling us to make informed decisions and invite opportunities.

It’s time for a new chapter, and I’m excited to invite you all to join me 💥

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of a new community in collaboration with This is more than just a professional leap; it’s a personal one. As single moms’ we’ve experienced the rollercoaster of balancing life, kids, relationships and careers. It’s been a wild ride, but one filled with untold strength and potential. 🎢

Over a decade ago, becoming a single parent required me to make major changes and decisions that affected the course of my life and our son’s. I could feel the weight of others judgements and cultural stereotypes. Standing firmly grounded in who I am and what I want in 2024, I am prouder of my years as a single mom than of any other part of my life.

Along my journey, I have met some incredible talented, creative and passionate single parents who are changing the trajectory of single parenting and couldn’t be anymore grateful. And l look to connecting with more and building a community where single parenthood offers you an opportunity to follow your vision and desires too. But with a strategy of course 😉
