Food Values
We value clean eating; or, food in its most natural state. Foods that contain a lot of preservatives, chemicals or any other unnatural ingredients will not be included on our menus. We value a variety of healthy food choices such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, wild fish and seafood, and more. We value natural food and avoid refined or overly processed foods like white sugar, white pasta, white bread. We value good fats, and never deep fry anything or use transfats. We value local and organic ingredients and will work hard to include them in our menus during each season while keeping costs down
