Over the past year, I got to study something I genuinely love and honestly wish had been available to me back then.

10 years after graduating in 2016, I officially went back to and completed my social media certificate.

I learned so much about SEO, social media marketing, analytics, content creation, campaign strategy, Google rankings, website keywords, content pillars, and how to build stronger, more intentional content.

As someone who has been creating content for years, it felt so rewarding to finally have academic credentials to support what I’ve been doing for so long.

Easy Egg Drop Soup Recipe (15 Minutes) 🍲

🥚Ingredients:

4 eggs + 1 tbsp water, whisked
1,250ml chicken stock
Salt and white pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup sweet corn (optional)
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp cornstarch + water (for slurry)

Instructions:

1. Bring the chicken stock to a boil.
2. While the stock heats, whisk the eggs with 1 tbsp water until smooth.
3. Add garlic, pepper, and your choice of veggies (corn and mushrooms) to the boiling stock.
4. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry and slowly stir into the simmering soup.
5. Gently pour in the egg mixture while stirring for that silky texture.
6. Top with chopped green onions and season with salt to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your cozy, comforting egg drop soup!

I thought red light therapy was just a trend… until I tried it for a week 👀

I’ve been dealing with inflammation, bloating, and that “puffy, off” feeling for so long especially when I’m stressed or my hormones are out of balance.

So I started looking into red light therapy at home and decided to test it using my red light lamp.

And I didn’t expect this part:
I actually feel a difference.

Less bloated.
More energy.
My body feels calmer… like it’s not constantly fighting something.

But more than anything?
It’s become part of my nighttime routine just laying there, letting my body rest, reset, and recover.

If you’re someone who struggles with:
– inflammation / feeling puffy
