Sunset Miles & Ocean Vibes 🌊🌅

There’s nothing quite like that post-run glow—especially when it ends with a plunge. Our very first run club took over the coastline, and the energy was unmatched!

The Vibe:

5K along the water as the sun dipped.

Post-run ocean dip to cool the legs.

Sauna session to melt the stress away.

We were totally blown away—our first post run sauna sesh sold out instantly!

We’re hitting the pavement at Ambleside Beach every Monday to chase the sunset and some endorphins.

Here’s the play:
• 6:00 PM: Meet at the sauna for a group run.
• 7:00 PM: Post-run sweat session. (Make sure to book your own spot for the 7pm slot!)

Nothing beats an ocean breeze and a sauna to kick off the week. See you there?
