Over the past 42 years working as a naturopathic therapist, I’ve noticed something interesting.
Many people believe weight gain is just about eating too much or not exercising enough.
In reality, I’ve often seen that metabolism balance plays a much bigger role.
When the body’s metabolism isn’t working properly, it can hold onto what we call abnormal fat stores.
Fifteen years ago my own weight climbed to 201 pounds while traveling between clinics across Canada.
That’s when I personally tested a structured metabolic program.
In 42 days I returned to 155 pounds and wasn’t hungry during the process.
