How much cilantro can one put on their food? 🙊
A LOT! I used to dislike the taste of cilantro, but have grown to love it so much. 💚
Cilantro has so many health benefits. It's most well known for being a heavy mild metal chelator, so theoretically is great to include with a tuna dish like this as it can be higher in mercury.
📖 Some of the properties of cinlantro includes anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-diabetic, anxiolytic, anti-epileptic, anti-depressant, anti-mutagenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-dyslipidemic, anti-hypertensive, neuro-protective and diuretic. Do you love the taste of cilantro too? Let me know!
