Any early riser in abd ? You're invited to join our 8AM Feel Good Yoga to start your day right ✅
This class will be a small setting class and welcomes all levels, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and soothing flow (Tai Chi inspired). Each week we will focus on different topic to help you gain a deeper insight into yoga.
Week 1: Happy Hips
Week 2: Heart Opening
Week 3: Tips of twisting and side bending poses (and the variations)
Week 4: Joyful whole body stretching and breathing practice
▫️For Beginners: Learn foundational poses and breathing techniques that will set a strong base for your practice and help you feel confident as you progress. We offer modifications to fit your body and all the props to support you.
▫️For Non-Beginners: Deepen your practice with thoughtful variations and advanced techniques. Enjoy a sequence that enhances strength and flexibility while gaining deeper understanding of alignment and how to transition between poses in a way that protects the joints.
What to Expect:
🧡A soothing practice that begins with calming stretches to ‘feel good’.
🧡Emphasis on breath work and mindfulness to align body and mind.
🧡Modifications and variations to cater to every skill level, ensuring a personalized experience.
